This policy explains what information The Maddern Team at eXp Realty (“we”) collects through jessicamaddern.com, how it is used, and the choices you have.
When you complete a form on this site, or on a form we link to, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about your plans. We use it to respond to you, to prepare the report or offer you requested, and to follow up about your real estate needs.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, buttons clicked, the site that referred you, and general device and location information. Google Analytics uses cookies. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Some tools we use are operated by third parties, each with its own privacy policy: Netlify (site hosting and forms), Google (Analytics and Google Forms), Cloud CMA (home valuation reports), and Lofty (property search and our client database). Information you submit through these tools is shared with us and stored by them to provide the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with members of our team, our brokerage (eXp Realty), and, with your permission, professionals involved in your transaction, such as a lender, title company, or stylist. We may also disclose information when required by law.
By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
